Rules of Small Claims Procedure

URSCP 10. Set aside of default judgments and dismissals. Reduce time to move to set aside from 30 to 15 days. Effective May 3, 2004.
URSCP 12. Appeals. Conform time to appeal to statute (30 days). Effective May 3, 2004.

In the context of this rule, what does the term “entry” mean? Is that term defined anywhere in the Small Claims Rules or elsewhere?

I have been told the forms will all change for small claims. However, they are not yet available in any of the courts where I file. As best I can tell, the only rule changes are regarding period of time for requesting to set aside default judgments and dismissals, and the time to file appeals. Does this mean the affidavits will remain the same? Are there other changes that I have missed?
