SCRP04-810. Non-traditional Legal Providers Assisting Clients in Court. Amend.
The rule amendment requires the court to note in the docket when a non-traditional legal provider assists an individual in court. The amendment aims to help the Supreme Court better understand the impact of non-traditional legal providers on increasing meaningful access to justice.
