URBCP Appendix A. Applicability of Utah Rules of Civil Procedure. AMEND. The amendment corrects an erroneous reference to URCP Rule 7A in the list of rules that do not apply in the Business and Chancery Court, replacing it with URCP Rule 7B, which governs domestic relations proceedings outside the subject-matter jurisdiction of the Business and Chancery Court.
