PUBLIC ATTENDANCE FOR TYLER ROBINSON PRELIMINARY HEARING
Provo, Utah – The final day of the preliminary hearing for Tyler Robinson is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. local time at the Provo Courthouse.
There will be 12 seats available to members of the public to observe the hearing. Public seating will be managed through wristbands, which will be distributed beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Public Seating
Members of the public wishing to attend must be in the designated public queue by 9:00 a.m. A sign will designate the location of the public queue. Wristbands will be distributed to those in line beginning at that time.
Individuals waiting in the designated queue must not interfere with access to the courthouse or impede access by the general public. Attendees should follow the directions of courthouse security personnel and law enforcement regarding the location and management of the queue. Individuals waiting in line should not bring tents, blankets, inflatable mattresses, coolers, large bags, or similar items. Small, portable chairs are permitted while waiting in line.
Courthouse Rules and Decorum
All attendees are required to comply with the court’s decorum order and the directions of courthouse security personnel and law enforcement.
Electronic devices are not permitted in the courtroom. This includes cell phones and other electronic devices.
All individuals entering the courthouse are subject to security screening. Attendees should follow the instructions of courthouse security personnel and law enforcement and allow adequate time to complete the screening process.
The Utah Courts ask everyone attending the hearing to respect the judicial process, courthouse staff, law enforcement, the parties, and other members of the public.
