Domestic Violence Program
Hello and welcome to the Utah State Courts Domestic Violence Program's webpage. This program is housed in the Administrative Office of the Courts and assists local courts and community partners in developing practices to improve consistency in the courts' response to intimate partner violence. The program coordinator monitors systems-related trends, legal updates, and best practices locally and nationwide.
