Weekly District Case Reports
The following reports are posted each Monday, excluding holidays. On weeks when a holiday falls on a Monday, the reports will be posted on Tuesday. Weekly reports include the following:
Case Filings Report
This report lists district court cases filed during the prior week. This report includes the following data fields: Case Type, Case Number, Location Description, Filing Date, Party Codes, Party Names. The name of the file indicates the date for which it was run, and it contains data for the prior week. This report includes only cases that are classified as Public according to UCJA Rule 4-202.02.
Judgment Disposition Report
This report lists district court cases (excluding domestic case types) that have a judgment that was disposed the previous week. This report includes the following data fields: Location Code, Location Description, Case Type, Case Number, Filing Date, Disposition Date, Disposition Type, Party Names, and Party Code. The name of this file indicates the date for which it was run and it contains data for the prior week. This report includes only cases that are classified as Public according to UCJA Rule 4-202.02.
Judgment Report
This report includes district court cases (excluding domestic case types) which had a judgment issued during the prior week. This Report includes the following data fields: Location Code, Location Description, Case Type, Case Number, Filing Date, Disp Date, Judgment Code, Party Names, Party Codes. The name of the file indicates the date for which it was run and it contains data for the prior week. This report includes only cases that are classified as Public according to UCJA Rule 4-202.02.
