Effective: 10/1/1988
Intent:
To assure that issues of an urgent nature can be addressed by the Council in a timely fashion.
Applicability:
This rule shall apply to all rules of the Council.
Statement of the Rule:
Any procedure required by these rules for the consideration or adoption of rules or resolutions may be suspended if the Council determines by the affirmative vote of a majority of the members present that it is in the best interests of the judiciary to do so.
