Go to https://www.utcourts.gov/rules for current rules.Upon receipt of the index transmitted by the clerk of the trial court pursuant to Rule 12(b) or Rule 11(f), the clerk of the appellate court shall file the index and shall immediately give notice to all parties of the date on which it was filed and the date on which the appellant's brief is due pursuant to Rule 26.
