Rule 57. Record on appeal; transmission of record.

(a) The record on appeal must include the legal record, any exhibits admitted as evidence, and any transcripts.
(b) The record on appeal will be transmitted by the juvenile court clerk to the Court of Appeals clerk upon the request of an appellate court.
(c) If anything is omitted from the legal record in error, the omission may be corrected and a supplemental record on appeal may be created upon a motion from a party in the appellate court. If the party making the motion has access to the omitted document, the document must be attached to the motion. The motion must establish that any document requested to be added to the record:
(1) was before the juvenile court; and
(2) is material to the issues on appeal.
