(a) Private Data. The data reported by Sandbox entities are classified as “protected records” under the Utah Code of Judicial Administration (UCJA) Rule 4-202.02. The data will not be released publicly, although the Supreme Court may share reported data with external researchers who enter into research agreements with the Administrative Office of the Courts.
