Ethics Opinions: Court Interpreter Conduct

Ethics Opinions

NOTE: Ethics opinions regarding conduct by court interpreters are provided by the General Counsel for the Administrative Office of the Courts and interpreters are encouraged to follow the advice given in these opinions. However, when addressing disciplinary matters, the Interpreter Advisory Panel will focus primarily on the Code of Professional Responsibility and the Court's rules for interpreters.

The Utah State Courts mission is to provide the people an open, fair, efficient, and independent system for the advancement of justice under the law.
