Utah Appellate Courts Pending Opinions Release

Attention! Opinions are typically posted on the Utah Court's website within one business day of issue (release). In rare instances, there may be a longer delay.

Court of Appeals

Except in emergencies and during holiday weeks, opinions will be issued by the Court of Appeals on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m..

Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.

Nielsen v. Lebaron Case No. 20210357-CA

State v. Pullman Case No. 20200279-CA

State v. Young Case No. 20210540-CA

Supreme Court

Except in emergencies and or during holiday weeks, opinions will be issued by the Supreme Court on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m.

The Utah Supreme Court will not issue any opinions on Thursday, March 23, 2023.
