RPP11-511. Screening panel composition; responsibilities (AMEND) The proposed amendments to this rule eliminate the requirement that the Ethics and Discipline Committee membership be divided into four panels.
Aside from significantly increasing the administrative efforts, the regular continuity of Panel meeting times is lost and it is a greater inconvenience for the Panel members, unless the assignments are made far enough out in time to compensate for it.
