\nThe proposed amendments move the Board of Justice Court Judges\u2019 election cycle to the annual judicial conference to coincide with current practice.<\/p>\n

CJA09-101.<\/a> Board of Justice Court Judges (AMEND)<\/b>

\nThe proposed rule outlines the process for implementing the recommendations from an Internal Control Self-Assessment conducted by the AOC\u2019s audit department.<\/p>\n

CJA03-407.<\/a> Accounting (AMEND)<\/b>
\nThe proposed amendments: 1) expand the accounting manual to incorporate justice courts; 2) adjust the committee\u2019s membership structure to conform with current committee membership; and 3) make non-substantive formatting changes.<\/p>\n

CJA04-601.<\/a> Failure to appear \u2013 Notice to Surety (NEW)<\/b>
\nThe proposed rule establishes a procedure for providing notice to sureties when a defendant fails to appear in criminal cases in district and justice courts.<\/p>\n

CJA04-202.02.<\/a>\u00a0Records classification (AMEND)<\/b>
\nThe proposed amendments: 1) classify the names of minors on child protective orders as public in response to House Bill 540, and 2) classify all motions, supporting materials, and records of hearings involving the admissibility of evidence of a victim\u2019s sexual behavior as protected records.
