Requesting changes to the MCLE rules permitting lawyers to carry CLE hours forward from one year to the next; permitting reciprocal credit for lawyers with primary offices out of state<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/utc\/rules-comment\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/31\/2025\/02\/11-611.pdf\">USB11-611.<\/a>Board Accreditation of CLE. Amend. Make technical revisions to Rule 11-611 to re-organize the steps required to receive approval for CLE which is not offered to all lawyers and licensed paralegal practitioners.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/utc\/rules-comment\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/31\/2025\/02\/11-612.pdf\">USB11-612.<\/a> Presumptively approved CLE providers; presumptive CLE Accreditation. Amend. Change the capitalized word \u201cAccreditation\u201d to \u201caccreditation\u201d in Rule 11-612 and add the word \u201cRule\u201d where it was inadvertently left out.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/utc\/rules-comment\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/31\/2025\/02\/11-617.pdf\">USB11-617.<\/a> Miscellaneous fees and expenses. Amend. Add a filing fee for a lawyer to request \u201cMulti-State Reciprocity\u201d \u00a0in Rule 11-617.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/utc\/rules-comment\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/31\/2025\/02\/11-619.pdf\">USB11-619.<\/a> CLE Credit for Pro Bono Legal Services.
