The Utah\u00a0Judicial\u00a0Council invites\u00a0comments\u00a0to the following Model Utah Criminal Jury instructions. The\u00a0comment\u00a0period expires\u00a0September 20th, 2024<\/b>.\u00a0Although these instructions are subject to a\u00a0comment\u00a0period, they are now ready for use. The Model Criminal Jury Instructions Committee will consider all\u00a0comments\u00a0made during the\u00a0comment\u00a0period and may revise the instructions as appropriate.<\/p>\n
The\u00a0Judicial\u00a0Council also encourages judges and practitioners to continuously share their experiences using any of the published instructions with the Model Criminal Jury Instructions Committee.<\/p>\n
