As such, rule 4-601 has been repealed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/utc\/rules-comment\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/31\/2024\/05\/2-212-rule-draft-REDLINEDPC-FA.pdf\">CJA02-0212.<\/a> <strong>Communication with the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel (AMEND)<\/strong><br \/>\nHouse Bill 344, effective May 1, 2024, combines the legislature\u2019s \u201cJudicial Rules Review Committee\u201d and \u201cAdministrative Rules Review and General Oversight Committee\u201d into one committee called the \u201cRules Review and General Oversight Committee.\u201d The amendments bring the rule in line with new reporting requirements in the bill.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/utc\/rules-comment\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/31\/2024\/05\/4-907-rule-draft-REDLINEDPC-FA.pdf\">CJA04-0907.<\/a>\u00a0<strong>Divorce education and divorce orientation course (AMEND)<br \/>\n<\/strong>Under House Bill 337, effective May 1, 2024, the Judicial Council must provide a separate mandatory parenting course \u201cfor unmarried parties in a parentage action determining issues of child custody and parent-time.\u201d Until the unmarried parties course is available, unmarried parties must attend the married parents course.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CJA04-0601.
