AMEND.\u00a0 After this rule was posted for public comment there are additional proposed changes to subparagraphs (a)(1) and (a)(2).\u00a0 The amendments clarify the applicability of the rules and the language for pleadings filed in domestic relations actions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/utc\/rules-comment\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/31\/2023\/10\/Rule-83-Redline-to-SC-08.15.2023-v2.pdf\">URCP083.<\/a> Vexatious litigants. AMEND.
