Amend. The proposed amendments provide that no certificate of service is required when a paper is served by filing it with the court\u2019s electronic-filing system under paragraph (b)(3)(A).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/utc\/rules-comment\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/31\/2021\/06\/URCP024.ICWA_.Amend_.COMMENT.pdf\">URCP024.<\/a> Intervention. Amend. Under the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA), an Indian Tribe is permitted to intervene in a child custody proceeding involving an Indian child. These cases arise in both district and juvenile court. Amendments to Rule 24, which track those already adopted in <a href=\"https:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/resources\/rules\/urjp\/view.html?title=Rule%2050%20Presence%20at%20hearings.&amp;rule=URJP50.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/resources\/rules\/urjp\/view.html?title%3DRule%252050%2520Presence%2520at%2520hearings.%26rule%3DURJP50.html&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1624367795037000&amp;usg=AFQjCNH8qzpb6K2MOo5KfJmuNM6xZ3w1EA\">Juvenile Rule 50<\/a>, will allow a uniform approach to ICWA to be adopted in both juvenile and district court.<\/p>\n<p>Rule 62. Stay of proceedings to enforce a judgment or order. Amend. Among other amendments intended to streamline and improve Rule 62&#8217;s efficacy, the proposed amendments extend the time for the automatic stay from 14 days to 28 days and provide that a party may obtain a stay of the enforcement of a judgment or order to pay money by providing a bond or other security.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/utc\/rules-comment\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/31\/2021\/06\/URCP062.Redline.COMMENT.pdf\">URCP062.
