Disclosures of the following confidential communications will now waive the privilege: 1) disclosures required under Title 62A, Chapter 4a, Child and Family Services or UCA \u00a7 62A-3-305, 2) evidence of a victim being in clear and immediate danger to the victim\u2019s self or others, and 3) evidence that the victim has committed a crime, plans to commit a crime, or intends to conceal a crime.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/utc\/rules-comment\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/31\/2021\/04\/URE-1101-redlined-2-11-20.pdf\">URE1101.<\/a> <b>Applicability of Rules (AMEND).<\/b>\u00a0Amends the committee note following\u00a0<i>State v. Weeks<\/i>, 61 P.3d 1000.
