One additional amendment was made to remove &#8220;to final decision and disposition&#8221; in paragraph (g)\u00a0<b>Subsequent proceedings before Court of Appeals.\u00a0<\/b>This additional amendment is being sent out for public comment and approved as final effective May 1, 2025.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/utc\/rules-approved\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2025\/04\/Supreme-Court-Order.pdf\">Supreme Court Order<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>URAP040A.
