The position will replace Judge Shauna Kerr who will retire in January.\u00a0The\u00a0\u00a0Commission will begin the meeting at 8:00 a.m. in the Summit County Sheldon Richins Building,\u00a0which is located at 1885 West Ute Boulevard in Park City, Utah.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The early portion of the meeting is scheduled for public comment about issues facing the Utah\u00a0judiciary and improvements to the system.
