The\u00a0\u00a0position will replace Judge Rick Romney who will retire in December.\u00a0The meeting will be held at\u00a0Provo City Hall located at 445 West Center Street in Provo, Utah 84601.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The early portion of the meeting is scheduled for public comment about issues facing the Utah\u00a0judiciary and improvements to the system.
