The position will replace Judge Ron Elton who will retire in September. The\u00a0Commission will begin the meeting at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held in the Medium Conference Room at the Grantsville City Library. The library is located at 42 Bowery Street in\u00a0Grantsville, Utah.<\/p>\n<p>The early portion of the meeting is scheduled for public comment about issues facing the Utah\u00a0judiciary and improvements to the system.
