The position will replace Judge Daniel Bertch who will resign his position in December. The Commission will begin the meeting at 1:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Matheson\u00a0Courthouse located at 450 South State Street (Salt Lake City, Utah 84111).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The early portion of the meeting is scheduled for public comment about issues facing the Utah\u00a0judiciary and improvements to the system.
