The position will replace Judge Steven L. Stream who will retire on July\u00a01, 2022.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">To be considered for a justice court judgeship in Emery County, candidates must be at least 25\u00a0years of age, a citizen of the United States, a Utah resident for at least three years, and have earned\u00a0a high school diploma or GED. In addition, candidates must be a resident of Emery County or an adjacent county for at least six months immediately preceding appointment.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Information on judicial retention and performance evaluation is posted on the Utah StateCourt\u2019s\u00a0website at <a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1654882868131000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2tLSLSTsKiS9suHe3k3VfH\">legacy.utcourts.gov<\/a> under employment opportunities.
