The position will replace Judge Ronald Wolthuis who will retire effective Jan. 1, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>George F. Vo-Duc is a veteran of the United States Navy and a graduate of the University of<br \/>\nUtah, where he received a Bachelors of Philosophy in 1996 and a Juris Doctorate in<br \/>\n2001.
