Provo, Utah<\/b>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<\/i>The final day of the preliminary hearing for Tyler Robinson is scheduled to begin at\u00a010:00 a.m. local time\u00a0at the\u00a0Provo Courthouse.<\/p>\n

There will be\u00a012 seats available to members of the public<\/b>\u00a0to observe the hearing. Public seating will be managed through wristbands, which will be distributed beginning at\u00a09:00 a.m.<\/b><\/p>\n

Public Seating<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

Members of the public wishing to attend must be\u00a0in the designated public queue by 9:00 a.m.\u00a0A sign will designate the location of the public queue. Wristbands will be distributed to those in line beginning at that time.<\/p>\n

Individuals waiting in the designated queue\u00a0must not interfere with access to the courthouse or impede access by the general public<\/b>. Attendees should follow the directions of courthouse security personnel and law enforcement regarding the location and management of the queue.\u00a0Individuals waiting in line\u00a0should not bring tents, blankets, inflatable mattresses, coolers, large bags, or similar items<\/b>.\u00a0Small, portable chairs are permitted<\/b>\u00a0while waiting in line.<\/p>\n

Courthouse Rules and Decorum<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

All attendees are required to comply with the court’s\u00a0decorum order\u00a0<\/b>and the directions of courthouse security personnel and law enforcement.<\/p>\n

Electronic devices are not permitted in the courtroom.<\/b>\u00a0This includes cell phones and other electronic devices.<\/p>\n

All individuals entering the courthouse are subject to security screening. Attendees should follow the instructions of courthouse security personnel and law enforcement and allow adequate time to complete the screening process.<\/p>\n

The Utah Courts ask everyone attending the hearing to respect the judicial process, courthouse staff, law enforcement, the parties, and other members of the public.<\/p>\n
