The position will replace Judge Paul Larsen who\u00a0will retire in June.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">To be considered for a justice court judgeship in Cache County, candidates must be at least 25\u00a0years of age, a citizen of the United States, a Utah resident for at least three years, and have a\u00a0degree from a law school that would make one eligible to apply for admission to a bar in any state\u00a0in the United States. In addition, applicants must be a resident of Cache County, Box Elder County, Rich County or Weber County either upon appointment or before taking the bench.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Information on judicial retention and performance evaluation is posted on the Utah State Court\u2019s\u00a0website at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.utcourts.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/www.utcourts.gov\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1738442204403000&amp;usg=AOvVaw3eGUKd5U61UejJIiI_im9u\">www.utcourts.gov<\/a>\u00a0under employment opportunities.
