To request PDF copies of briefs, please contact the <a href=\"https:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/courts\/coa\/clerks.asp\">appellate clerks&#8217; office<\/a> or email <strong> courtofappeals@utcourts.gov<\/strong> or<strong> supremecourt@utcourts.gov<\/strong> and specify the appellate case number and the briefs needed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/lawlibrary\/\">Utah State Law Library<\/a> retains physical copies of all Supreme Court and Court of Appeals public briefs for closed cases.
