HOW DO I COLLECT CHILD SUPPORT

Once the divorce has been granted and the amount of child support has been ordered, child support will be paid in one of the following three ways:

• It can automatically be deducted from the paycheck of the party ordered to pay support.
• The obligor may mail the child support payment to the Office of Recovery Services (ORS).
• The parties may agree by stipulating that direct payment will be made to the custodial party Utah Code Section 78B-12-113.
