Online Court Assistance Program (OCAP)

The Online Court Assistance Program is provided to assist court users who do not have an attorney to prepare court documents.

  1. Choose the interview for your document needs.
  2. Complete the interview to create your documents.
  3. Review your documents and make adjustments as needed.
  4. Print documents to file at the courthouse and serve the other party.
  5. Return to OCAP to print final documents or other documents when needed.

An account is required to prepare documents using the Online Court Assistance Program.

OCAP Program Requirements

The Online Court Assistance Program requires all of the following:

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view your documents. Click this link to install Adobe Acrobat Reader if you do not already have it. Install Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Popups. Popups must be enabled in your browser.

The Online Court Assistance Program cannot be used on mobile devices such as smartphones, iPads, or tablets. Accounts that have not been accessed in 455 days will be deleted along with all interview information.

Any interview not accessed for more than 400 days will be deleted. Note that individual interviews may have shorter timelines stated in the initial screens. Those interviews will be removed according to those stated timelines.
