Paul Hammer graduated from BYU in 1992 and obtained his law degree from the University of Utah. He has worked for private companies in management or executive management for most of his career. He has served in a variety of "small politics" roles, including city council, planning commission, citizen committee and HOA president. He sits as a judge pro tempore hearing a variety of small claims matters.
