Ms. Mangelson has been involved in mediation through resolving conflicts in community affairs, and helping people find solutions to their disputes and problems for over 20 years. She has been a successful mediator and advocate for conflict resolution in employment, discrimination, civil, landlord/tenant, contracts. She has had hundreds of hours of mediation experience, has been trained and mentored by master mentors, and has been a successful business owner. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and through understanding people's issues helps them achieve acceptable agreements and solutions.
