Michelle Benedict is actively involved in the community, specializing in conflicts involving family, divorce, parentage, community/neighborhood, workplace, education, small claims, business partnerships, athletics/dance, and landlord/tenant issues. She is a volunteer mediator for the Administrative Office of the Courts Truancy Mediation Program, and Juvenile Victim-Offender Mediation Program. Her professional background is in Human Resources, Small Business ownership and Non-Profit administration. In addition, she has worked with youth for over 25 years and directs a Non-Profit organization for at-risk youth full time. She is involved with school volunteering, alumni organization, and HOA and has served on these various boards. She received a BS from the University of Utah in Communication with an emphasis in Argumentation and Decision Making. Her mediation training was through the U of U Conflict Resolution Graduate Certificate Program, and her Domestic Divorce Training was through The Mediation Group. Michelle is willing to mediate evenings and Saturdays, and can offer both in-person and virtual meetings through Zoom.
