Ms. McGraw is a practicing mediator, whose focus is on facilitating resolution within a collaborative environment, offering an alternative to litigation. For over 25 years she has assisted self-determined inquiry empowering refined accord. Her resolution services include private and group mediation, communication analysis, and restorative communication, within debt resolution, landlord/tenant, employment, and real property. Deborah received her BS from University of Denver in physiology and education; she received mediation training by Utah Dispute Resolution in basic and domestic mediation, is a member of UCCR, and participated in continuing education programs.
