He has JD and MBA degrees from Brigham Young University and has served as a civil litigator since being admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1996. Mr. Day is the Chair of the Construction Law Section of the Utah State Bar and is also a member of the Dispute Resolution Section. While recognizing the excellence of our judicial system, Mr. Day, as a professional with both legal and business sense, knows that most disputes are better resolved through mediation.
