Jason F. Barnes is a Utah Court Rostered Mediator that has been approved to conduct Divorce Mediations. Mr. Barnes is a seasoned Family Law attorney, experienced in both divorce and paternity cases involving child custody, child support, alimony, property division, retirement division (personal, corporate, civil, and military), debt division, and all other related matters. His practice is also highly focused on adoption, and he has previously served as the President of the Utah Adoption Council. Finally, Mr. Barnes has experience in Bankruptcy Law since 1991 and also Business Law and has served as corporate counsel for several businesses.

District:Judicial Districts 1, 2 and 3 
Travel:Depends upon the distance, however most often no charge
