Travis R. Marker is an attorney, mediator and Arbitrator. He has a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) from Willamette University College of Law, a Certificate in Dispute Resolution (CDR) from Willamette University College of Law, and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Dispute Resolution from Bond University, Australia. He has served as a pro-tem judge in Washington County. He presents nationally on topics related to ethics, professionalism, administration of justice, civility, and dispute resolution. He completed training in Domestic, Landlord/Tenant, Small Claims, Restorative Justice, and Victim/Offender mediation.
