Terry Wade is a seasoned attorney with over 35 years of experience in the areas of civil litigation, real estate, construction, commercial collections, and dispute resolution (ADR). Formerly, a shareholder and board member of Durham Jones & Pinegar, he is now retired from his full-time law practice and is concentrating exclusively on ADR. He has extensive experience serving as a mediator and has arbitrated cases in both Utah and Nevada. His ADR experience encompasses a broad range of areas, including Business Dissolution, Commercial & Financial, Contracts, Employment, Landlord-Tenant, Personal Injury, Probate & Estates, Real Estate & Construction. Second language spoken: Spanish.

Maximum Fee:$255/hour (Commercial) $200/hour (Domestic) 
Location:As determined by parties, St. George available upon request, virtual available.

Travel:50% of hourly rate, plus travel expenses
