JUDGE BRYAN GALLOWAY

Judge Bryan Galloway was appointed to the First District Juvenile Court in 2020 by Governor Gary R. Herbert. He serves Cache, Box Elder, and Rich counties. Judge Galloway received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Utah State University and then graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1998. Following law school, Judge Galloway returned to Utah and began a law practice that primarily focused on criminal and parental defense. Eventually Judge Galloway evolved into a practice of indigent defense, appearing as a public defender in the Juvenile, Justice, and District Courts of Cache County. As public defender Judge Galloway worked extensively with the drug and mental health courts of the First District. He served over 13 years on the First District mental health court committee. 1/21
