Request a Certificate of Good Standing from the Utah Supreme Court

The fee for a Certificate of Good Standing is $25.00 per certificate (plus an additional $3.00 if certificate is to be mailed). Payment is due by check or credit card before the certificate will be prepared.

As of October 25, 2020, all Certificates of Good Standing will ONLY be delivered as a protected PDF document by email. Any hard copy of a Certificate of Good Standing must be specifically requested. Please note that hard copies will only be printed and mailed on Tuesdays.
