Effective: 11/1/2018
The executive director shall issue to each person paying said license fee, if such person shall have theretofore been admitted to practice law in Utah or licensed as a foreign legal consultant or Licensed Paralegal Practitioner by the Supreme Court and not disbarred or then under suspension, a license in such form as the Board may prescribe, for the licensure year for which fees were paid, and shall deliver such license to the person entitled thereto.
