Requires that appointed appellate counsel represent a client through the first appeal as of right.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/utc\/rules-approved\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2016\/03\/URAP040.pdf\" rel=\"\">URAP 040.<\/a>\u00a0Attorney\u2019s or party\u2019s certificate; sanctions and discipline. <span class=\"il\">Amend<\/span>. Provides that a person may sign a document using any form recognized by law as binding.
