CJA 11-101(4)(E). The rules are being published for comment, are subject to further change after the comment period, and are in effect during the comment period.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/resources\/rules\/comments\/URAP01.pdf\"><b><u>URAP 1.<\/u><\/b><\/a> Scope of rules. Recognizes the new rules governing appeals in child welfare cases.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/resources\/rules\/comments\/URAP02.pdf\"><u><b>URAP 2.<\/b><\/u><\/a> Suspension of rules. Adds a reference to two of the new child welfare rules.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/resources\/rules\/comments\/URAP52.pdf\"><u><b>URAP 52.<\/b><\/u><\/a> Child Welfare Appeals. A notice of appeal must be filed within 15 days from the order to be appealed. Cross-appeals must be filed within 15 days.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/resources\/rules\/comments\/URAP53.pdf\"><u><b>URAP 53.<\/b><\/u><\/a> Notice of Appeal. Describes the contents and service requirements of the notice of appeal.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/resources\/rules\/comments\/URAP54.pdf\"><u><b>URAP 54.<\/b><\/u><\/a> Transcript of Proceedings. Any necessary transcripts must be requested within 4 days after an appeal is filed.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/resources\/rules\/comments\/URAP55.pdf\"><u><b>URAP 55.<\/b><\/u><\/a> Petition on Appeal. The appellant must file a petition on appeal within 15 days from the notice of appeal. The rule describes the format and contents of the petition.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/resources\/rules\/comments\/URAP56.pdf\"><u><b>URAP 56.<\/b><\/u><\/a> Response to Petition on Appeal. A response to the petition on appeal must be filed with 15 days.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/resources\/rules\/comments\/URAP57.pdf\"><u><b>URAP 57.<\/b><\/u><\/a> Record on Appeal; transmission of record. Establishes what is considered to be the record on appeal and when it must be transmitted.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/resources\/rules\/comments\/URAP58.pdf\"><u><b>URAP 58.<\/b><\/u><\/a> Ruling. The court will issue a ruling based on the record on appeal, the petition, and the response, or the court can order that the case be fully briefed.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.utcourts.gov\/resources\/rules\/comments\/URAP59.pdf\"><u><b>URAP 59.<\/b><\/u><\/a> Extensions of time.
