Under circumstances described in CJA Rules 2-205 or 11-105, certain rules may have been adopted prior to a public comment period. CJC02.2. Amended. The change adds language to the comment clarifying when legal error violates the Code.
CJC04.2. Amended. The change will allow a judge to operate a retention election campaign if the judge reasonably anticipates public opposition.
